Grave Marker Permit / Installation Process
1. A Grave Marker Permit/Installation Form must accompany ALL headstone placement requests (form below).  This work shall be performed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday-Friday only. Click here to view headstone specifications.

2. There are several sections in the Riverton City Cemetery that allow FLAT headstones ONLY.  PLEASE CHECK THE REGULATIONS FOR YOUR GRAVE BEFORE ORDERING A HEADSTONE. 

3. Remit $100 payment for NEW installs upon permit approval. For payment arrangements, please call Utility Billing at 801-208-3133.
