About the Department

The Operational Services Department is comprised of three divisions: Facilities, Fleet and Purchasing. The department manages the day-to-day maintenance and operations of city facilities and vehicles, tracks and sells surplus items and equipment, writes and manages contracts, as well ensures the city procures goods and services for the best value at the best price.
