About the Department
The Riverton City Public Works Department provides, maintains, and regulates the infrastructure needs of the city. Every decision is based on the protection and best use of city funds. Our sole purpose is to insure the health, welfare, and safety of each of our citizens. Over the past few years the Public Works Department has secured $17 million in outside funding and completed approximately $40 million in construction projects.
