Stormwater easements are intended to preserve, protect, and inform affected parties of flood and water quality control infrastructure necessary for managing runoff.  Easements must not only establish boundaries but also obligations of all parties in relation to flood and water quality control systems, including but not limited to: rights, restrictions, limitations, responsibilities, maintenance and preservation.  

The following templates include standard text and reference to an Exhibit A & B.  The City will draft the unique conditions and terms of the easement text and the applicant has the responsibility to create Exhibits A & B.
