Pickleball Leagues and Clinics
Description:  
Leagues: The league is designed to keep everyone playing in a social, fun, and competitive environment.  The league is set up as a round robin mixer, which means each individual will rotate partners every week.  
Intro to Pickleball: You will learn the fundamentals of pickleball including game rules, scoring, and basic strategies to give you all the tools you need to sign up for the next 3.0 league.

Pickleball

Skill Division Expectations: 
2.5: You are new to pickleball; you are not familiar with all the rules.
3.0: You know the rules and can track your own score; you are still building your pickleball confidence.

3.5: You are confident in your pickleball skills; you play regularly and often play in tournaments and leagues to improve your game.
4.0: You have played in several tournaments and won many of them.
4.5+: Your dedication to travel and compete has most likely earned you an official USAPA rating of 4.5 or higher.

Fall Classic Pickleball Tournament
Pickleball Tournaments
Description: This will be a round-robin tournament. We will use pool play with playoffs for our more popular brackets. There will be separate divisions for men, women and mixed double teams. We will have awards for the winners in each division. Competition has come from all over Utah.

If you would like to play but don’t have a partner, please reach out to Becca at bcaughey@rivertonutah.gov with the division you’re interested in playing.

Cost: $25 per team, per event (sign up as a team, with a partner). Order a t-shirt for you and your partner for $10 each. Order before August 31, 2022 to guarantee size.

Pickleball Youth Pickleball

Youth Pickleball Camp:
Description: This program is back by popular demand! The Youth Pickleball Clinic will have two options, each with a different focus. “Intro to Pickleball” is designed for those who have never played pickleball before and don’t know the rules. “Already Knows How to Play” is for those who have played pickleball before and know the rules.

Days: Tuesday Afternoons, September 6-27, 2022

Intro to Pickleball: 4 p.m. - 5p.m.
             
 Already Know How to Play Pickleball: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Ages: 8-18 years old (determined by age at start of class)
