Circuit Training

2023 Crushin It LogoCome be part of an exciting, fun-filled, free summer circuit training program with Riverton Police Department Officer Mike Ashley!

Each exciting two-hour class will include supervised circuit training, including: pushups, sit ups, jump roping, rope work, light dumbbell exercises, body conditioning, and bag work. Students will get to know their school resource officers while learning self-discipline, integrity, and teamwork. The class will also focus on building confidence and empowering those with anxiety, stress, and depression! The class is free, but registration is required.

*No class July 24 & 25

August 2024 Class: 
August 6-15 | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Class Times: 1-3 p.m.
Location: Oquirrh Hills Middle School Gym, 12949 S 2700 W, Riverton, Utah 84065 | MAP IT
Requirements:
• Must be a Riverton resident going into 7th or 8th Grade.
• Must have 2.0 or better GPA or show improvement within a year.
• Must not be involved in ongoing school discipline.
• Must agree to attend each session.
