Crushin' It Circuit TrainingCome be part of an exciting, fun-filled, free summer circuit training program with Riverton Police Department Officers Mike Ashley and Gavin Johnson!

Middle school age students from Riverton are invited to apply to participate in summer Crushin' It Circuit Training. Each exciting 1-hour class will include supervised circuit training, including: pushups, sit ups, jump roping, rope work, light dumbbell exercises, body conditioning, and bag work. Students will get to know their school resource officers while learning self-discipline, integrity, and teamwork. The class will also focus on building confidence and empowering those with anxiety, stress, and depression!

Class Times: 1 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.

Location: Oquirrh Hills Middle School Gym, 12949 S 2700 W, Riverton, Utah 84065 | MAP IT

Requirements
• Must be a Riverton resident going into 7th or 8th Grade.
• Must have 2.0 or better GPA or show improvement within a year.
• Must have a letter of recommendation from a school administrator.
• Must not be involved in ongoing school discipline.
• Must agree to attend each session.

Every participant will be required to sign a class rules document and a release of liability, medical consent and photo release document.
