Town Days Flag Raising CeremonyFlag Raising Ceremony

Description: Start Independence Day off right by attending Riverton's annual flag raising ceremony, presented by the American Legion Post 140. The national anthem will be sung by Andrew Collier.

Description: Whether you ran a country mile, attended the flag raising ceremony, or just love a good breakfast, you'll want to make sure you wake up with a big appetite. Riverton's Chuckwagon Breakfast has become famous for its outstanding food, prepared and served by appreciated resident volunteers, city staff, and city elected officials.

3Town Days 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament-on-3 Basketball Tournament

Begins Saturday, July 3, 8 a.m.
Location: Riverton City Park, Basketball Courts (northwest corner of park), 1452 W 12600 S, Riverton, Utah 84065
Description: Get your team together and come play some basketball during Riverton's annual Town Days celebration! This tournament will be either round robin with a single elimination bracket or a double elimination bracket depending on how many teams register. Registration is by team, so only one person from your team will need to register. Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place teams! Pre-registration is required.

Town Days Free SwimmingFree Swimming
Saturday, July 3, 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Location: South County Pool, 12765 S 1125 W, Riverton, Utah 84065
Description: The young and young-at-heart look forward to splashing good fun each year with a morning of free swimming at the South County Pool.
Details: Free and open to all. All swimmers must exit at 11:30 a.m. Those who wish to continue swimming will need to pay the standard fee.

About Wildwood
Wildwood was formed by Chad Truman, the Nashville-raised singer and songwriter who is in demand for his rich vocals. Chad has performed multiple times at prestigious Nashville venues including the Grand Ole Opry and Bluebird Cafe. Learning piano chops from his father (Dan Truman of Diamond Rio), Chad has written or sang on six Billboard charting albums. He is also a member of the popular Christian group Nashville Tribute Band.

Contest Begins: 11 a.m.
Championship: 1:30 p.m. (in front of the Entertainment Stage)

Description: What's more American than eating pie on Independence Day? Participants in the Riverton Town Days Pie Eating Contest will compete for the title of Pie Eating Champion!
Details: FREE to participate. Ages 13+ welcome. Finalists will compete in front of the main stage at at 1:30 p.m. A prize will be given to the champion!
Registration: Sign up takes place on the day of the event at the small pavilion. Those wishing to participate must arrive by 10 a.m. to register.

Description: Town Days is a blast for the kids! We have fun activities like the gunny sack race, hula hoop contest, family relay, haystack dive, and more!
Registration: FREE to participate. Registration not required. Ages 12 and under welcome.
Activity Schedule: Start times are approximate for most activities, so we recommend just showing up at 12:30 p.m. The Haystack Dive will begin at 3:45 p.m.

Description: New Grand Rally format this year! No registration needed. Bring your Pickleball partner and keep playing as long as you keep winning. Lose twice and you will need to start back over. Two courts for beginners and two for advanced players.
