Below you will find the application to terminate service for Riverton City utility customers. In addition to the completed application, please provide a copy of the settlement statement showing the sale of your home. This copy can be attached to the completed application below (
preferred), emailed to city offices at
utilities@rivertonutah.gov or faxed to 801-208-3197. If the settlement statement is to be faxed or emailed and the application is submitted online, please enter the customer name and service address in the subject line of the email or at the top of the fax.
