Regular Meetings
Riverton Youth Council meetings are normally held the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 4:30 p.m. at Riverton City Hall or the Sandra N. Lloyd Community Center, excluding the following dates:

  • 4th Wednesday of June
  • 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of July
  • 2nd Wednesday of August
  • 4th Wednesday of November
  • 4th Wednesday of December

Meetings are not limited to members only, so feel free to come and check it out! General membership applications are open all year.

Civic Activities & Service Projects
Riverton Youth Council members have the opportunity to participate in a variety of civic activities and service projects. These include:
  • Utah State Capitol Visit: The Riverton Youth Council visits the Utah State Capitol, normally the first week of the legislative session, to learn about Utah state government and the legislative process. Members will meet and learn from several state officials from various branches of government.
